Leaving behind the world of stage for the world of film, Ar'Darius becomes the newest resident at an infamous Los Angeles apartment complex. However, his fresh start soon spirals as the trauma from his past lurks within a striking red curtain in his room. He soon finds himself sucked into the insanity that other residents, like Shelly, a failed country singer, and Ruth, the property manager, have been dealing with for years. Once you sign the lease, you can never leave.
